The International Forums of Inclusion Practitioner (IFIP) is a progressive, voluntary members organisation consisting of hundreds of inclusion practitioners from across the world who are determined to make a difference.
We believe in a future where every teacher is enabled, through inclusive teaching practices, to teach every child in their classrooms, no matter what their ability. So, wherever possible, all children learn together in the same classroom, in the same school, alongside their peers.
The IFIP Fellowship Programme represents the foremost international professional body for Inclusion Practitioners, open to all who meet our clear criteria and wish to apply.
As an IFIP Fellow, we invite you to actively contribute alongside partner organisations such as UNESCO and ERASMUS to transform UN Sustainable Development Goal 4 into a reality. Together, we aim to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education for all. The Fellowship ethos revolves around providing further opportunities for expert practitioners like yourself to publish, lecture, and be part of a global voice that engages with policy makers.
We welcome all inclusion practitioners to JOIN US and be part of the change!
Our IFIP Goals
To develop, pilot and communicate inclusive teaching practices.
To contribute to the process of setting standards for inclusive teaching practices.
To become a learning community that shares and connects about inclusive education.
To bridge the gap between practice and policy on inclusive education.
As a Fellow of the IFIP, I agree to:
Help to grow the IFIP and achieve its goals as stated above.
Share my expertise to advance the knowledge and skills of others in the field of Inclusion and education in support of UN SDG4.
Active participation in IFIP Fellowship: for someone to remain a Fellow, Senior Fellow or Distinguished Fellow, they need to remain actively participating, supporting and/or promoting the IFIP. This includes logging on to the IFIP platform on a regular basis.
